01 · The retreat
Climb ropeless above the turquoise water, fall in, get back on the boat, do it again. Push yourself, and go past your fears and your limits.
Early access open for the next edition.
The retreat runs in English. An approved local partner provides access to the best climbing sectors in the bay.

02 · One-on-one sessions
Core Energetics works with the body: breath, movement, what tightens and what lets go.
We start with whatever is present today, and work with whatever rises in the body during the session.
Core Energetics starts from a simple idea: what could not be expressed stays caught somewhere. A shoulder, a jaw, a held breath. The work is to open those places, let the energy move again, and find more vitality.
It sometimes brings up strong feelings. That is expected, it is part of the work. My job is to hold the frame while it rises, then help you find your feet again.
Everything is an invitation.
We look together at whether the work suits you before starting.

This work is intended for personal and spiritual exploration. It is not psychotherapy as regulated in the Province of Quebec and is not a substitute for professional psychotherapeutic support.
If you are looking for a certified practitioner, the Core Energetics Canada directory lists several in Montreal and Toronto.
03 · Relational game nights
A series of relational games to practise authentic communication.
The point is to dissolve old patterns that no longer serve, to connect more honestly, and to let go of fear without betraying yourself. You practise vulnerability, honesty and listening. Open to everyone, no experience needed, nothing to prepare.
Doors open at 6:45pm and we start promptly at 7. We set the group agreements at the top, then the door closes. If you arrive after that, we catch you next time.
You can express yourself in the language of your choice. Contributions go by Interac transfer to 438-345-1888. Nobody is turned away over money.
About
I am a student practitioner at the Core Energetics Institute of Montreal. I met Core Energetics in 2017, entered practitioner training in 2020, and I am in the final stretch of that path.
I like working with people who want to push past their limits and find more freedom in their lives.
I am also an FQME certified Quebec guide in outdoor climbing, and I lead Deep Water Solo. I have been guiding since 2018 and I know Cat Ba and the Ha Long Bay region well, where I have worked on the ground. I have worked with hundreds of climbers, from beginners to more experienced, in building their confidence in falling, their movement repertoire and their footwork. My approach is progressive: we build technique and confidence on the rope, then transfer it to DWS.

No. You take what speaks to you and you pass whenever you want.
No. We set the group agreements at the top.
Sessions are online, so no. And more generally, nothing is proposed without your agreement: you can refuse anything at any point.
You need a climbing base, around 5.10a / 6a on toprope or V2-V3 bouldering, and to be comfortable in the water. No Deep Water Solo experience is needed.
